PREPRESS

Our prepress process begins as soon as we receive your print files. Our team visually inspects each print job to make sure that it is set-up properly for problem- free print production. Our process also includes an Epson digital colour proofing system, our AGFA CTP (Computer-to-plate) with Sublima XM screening, and our Digital CIPS3 workflow system which transfers the ink values digitally directly to the press. In addition, manual inspection at each stage of the prepress process ensures high quality production on the web press.

WEB PRESS

Our fully integrated 38" Heat Set web press is flexible enough to accommodate all your high volume, price sensitive colour print jobs. This versatile web press features in-line perfing, folding and gluing, 6/6 Units and stochastic printing capabilities with resolutions of just 10 microns in size.

POST PRESS & Finishing

Our finishing, bindery and distribution services are fully integrated with our web press to deliver outstanding printing solutions that are tailored to your exact needs. Our shipping department works closely with the production department to make sure that each and every shipment goes to the desired location. This is especially important on print product runs that involve multiple retail store locations or unaddressed mail via Canada Post.
